I have captured some of my experiences to share with you .
TCM for Cancer Care Although the western world will diagnose many different types of cancers , traditional Chinese medicine believes they are due to the manifestation of toxins within the organism due to internal stagnation within the body or meridian system,“ .Modern day living , diet ,lack of exercise and environment act as catalysts in the manifestation of these noxious toxins.Stagnation is a common term used in Chinese medicine and can be easily prevented with some simple adjustments to your lifestyle . Generally speaking stagnation refers to Chi (energy ) and blood which have been dormant for a period of time .According to Traditional Chinese healing practices emotional stability and mental clarity are imperative to avoiding certain syndromes associated with the accumulation of these toxins.Long term stress can disrupt the free flow of Chi resulting in a negative impact on our health and wellbeing.
Extensive research is being carried out across the world on the causes of cancer and we aim to deliver the most up to date integrative medical approach to supporting you through your journey.
TCM for Stroke patients The efficacy of stroke in China is extrememly high , the root cause of this is still being researched . The Chinese refer to stroke as wind stroke invading with a sudden or abrupt onset .In China patients will visit an acupuncturist immediately after an episode to promote recovery .”I have seen first hand the benefit of acupunture in treating stroke patients and the key to improved recovery is prompt treatment after an episode. . The acupuncturist will aim to move stagnated Qi or energy within the merdians ( energy channels) using specific acupunture points on these channels. Cupping , heatlamps and moxibution are also used in the treatment of stroke .
